Our
Cannabía® has being developed from 3/96 until 12/96 through 4 different
brewers. The first three jung brewers that finded out the exactly quantity of
hand harvested hemp flowers, together with us, got in contact with master-brewer,
Mr. Rudof Wahl (68) , that owns the Kronenbrauerei (tradition in his family
since 1534). He finished this recipe idea with his knowledge and his organic
malt, hops and yeast giving Cannabía® it final taste. Since many years makes
the Kronenbrauerei only organic beer certified by Bioland. The Kronenbrauerei
exports its organic beer to many countrys in Europe and overseas.
The use of Hemp Flowers (among other entheogenic plants) in Beer was a common
praxis in whole Europe until the year 1512, when the so called "beer purity
law" appeared in Germany.
This purity law is perhaps the first anti-drug-law of menkind...
Hemp is an emparented plant with hops. Hemp flowers have more than 140 different
aromatic components.
Many of them are finded in hops too and many others, that are not produced in
the hops plant, but fits perfect with it toghether.
This all different essential oils give as result the unmistakeable hemp flower
aroma of Cannabía®.
Cannabía® contens more hemp flowers than hops flowers.
The production of Cannabía® was autorized in 96 by the berliner alcohol
authoritys .
In the meantime many countrys have authorized Cannabia® as for exemple: Spain,
Great Britain, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and lately: Greece.
In Greece the french (!) state intervened 1997 following the prohibition until
today.
From 9/2000 we have the permission again for what we congratulate Joanis from
Kannabisshop Greece!
In Switzerland is the production of food and drinks with a contents of THC lower
than 0,05% allowed.
In Germany the Governement is discussing about the level to be authorized.
Cannabía® is accepted as the newest and interesting drink not only by young
people, but also by beer knowers.
Cannabía® is done as a Lager-beer. Its contents of protein is naturaly
stabilized to get a longer conservation.
Its yeast it is not genetic manipulated.
Not only the publicity that has hemp in Europe nowadays, but the fresh fruity
& herbal hempflower taste and its organic origin makes of Cannabía® the
most interesting appearence of the milenium!.
